Job summary

Terawatt Infrastructure is seeking a QA Automation Specialist to own the automation framework across UI, API, and hardware-in-the-loop testing. You will shape test coverage, build CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments while exploring AI-assisted tooling to improve efficiency and reliability.

You will collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality, mentoring engineers and driving best practices across the QA function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related field.
• 7+ years in QA delivering reliable products.
• 4+ years designing automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience leading QA projects.
• Hands-on with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend the test automation framework across UI, API, and hardware-in-the-loop test surfaces to enable high development velocity.
• Build and maintain the CI/CD test infrastructure with pipeline orchestration and containerized/test environments.
• Develop comprehensive test plans for software and hardware-in-the-loop product features.
• Maintain test cases and scripts in the Test Management System; analyze results to help developers address issues.
• Monitor production bugs to identify root causes and expand coverage to minimize escapes.
• Triage automation failures and implement solutions to keep the system reliable.
• Design and execute performance, security, and UX testing as needed.
• Evaluate AI-assisted testing tools to increase coverage while validating outputs.
