LBMX is a dynamic SaaS company based in London, Ontario, seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-native SDLC initiatives. You will drive discovery, prototyping with AI, and customer validation, partnering with engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.

This growth-focused role offers collaboration with experienced Principals and a clear pathway to larger responsibilities. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have 3–6 years in product management in B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in product management or closely related role in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience running customer conversations: discovery calls, usability tests, betas, or UAT.
• Strong working relationship with engineers and ability to write specs they can build from.

Responsabilités

• Contribute ideas from customer conversations, usage data, and feedback; present with evidence.
• Collaborate with Principal PMs and Product Design Lead on discovery and solution design.
• Own the workstream from start to finish with a measured outcome.
• Define success metrics for releases and own the tracking: instrumentation, dashboards, and reporting.
• Own launch readiness by briefing Sales, Support, and Implementation.
