Job summary

Intuit, Inc. invites students to join its Emerging Talent Program in Toronto as an 8-month co-op. You will work 40 hours per week on meaningful research projects across AI and product domains, mentored by dedicated managers and leaders.

You’ll run end-to-end studies, analyze data, and develop AI-powered dashboards to socialize insights with cross-functional teams and external partners. The experience aims to deliver business impact and growth for interns and the company.

Qualifications

Actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
Available for an 8 month co-op work term (January - August 2027) for 40 hours per week.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for duration of co-op term.
Ability to work in Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Interest in customer insight and ability to evaluate a product through diverse perspectives.
Bonus: Familiarity with research methods or tools like Qualtrics or Dovetail.

Responsibilities

Run studies end to end with stakeholders, from screeners to recommendations.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Build interactive tools and dashboards using AI-assisted development.
Automate repetitive research tasks with pipelines and AI workflows.
Develop competitive and market intelligence through secondary sources.
Socialize findings across product, design, marketing and strategy teams.
Support research agencies to maintain tracking and segmentation studies.
