Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a post‑secondary education program.
• A graduation date after the co‑op term ends.
• Available for a 4 OR 8 month co‑op work term for 40 hours per week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co‑op term.
• Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
• AI fluency and familiarity with coding tools to analyze data and build prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Test Software: Write, test, and debug high‑quality code for new features and improvements.
• Collaborate on Design and Architecture: Participate in technical discussions with cross‑functional teams.
• Support and Enhance Development Tools: Help maintain CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Contribute to Project Planning: Gather requirements and define technical specs with stakeholders.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
