Qualifications

• University degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, career counselling, educational technology, adult education, or a related field.
• Five years of experience designing and implementing programs in organizational development, talent development, or leadership development.
• Strong interest in project-based work and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
• Comfort with using AI tools to improve learning solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders; autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent development needs and design solutions.
• Contribute to designing, developing, and implementing talent development, leadership, and AI skills programs.
• Incorporate AI trends and opportunities into initiatives.
• Define measures to assess program impact and optimize results.
• Ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities and promote a learning culture.
• Produce documentation and presentations, provide status reports, and communicate progress and results.
• Represent the Learning and Development Centre of Excellence in internal and external forums.
