Procurify is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a remote-first, Canada-based team. You will drive driver-based models, perform deep financial analyses, and champion AI-enabled workflows across Finance and RevOps.

Expect collaboration across stakeholders to improve planning, reporting cadence, and data storytelling. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A or related roles, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, finance or data-focused experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional LinkedIn profile updated after joining Procurify.

Responsibilities

• Build driver-based operating models tied to headcount, ARR growth, and pipeline.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of current and future performance, including variance and periodic reporting.
• Champion AI/LLM workflows; define best practices and share use cases.
• Apply AI tools for analysis, insights, and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze historical, current and projected data for planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to ensure data integrity.
• Develop automated dashboards to track SaaS metrics with insights.
• Improve planning processes, cadence, and tooling.
• Build cross-organizational relationships to align assumptions and storytelling with data.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
