Job summary

Behavox, a cloud-native AI company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core financial model and forecasting for a global SaaS platform. The role integrates budgets into the model and builds pro-forma scenarios to guide leadership decisions.

The position offers hybrid work with offices in Toronto and Montreal, a generous time-off policy, and an equity award. You will drive accuracy, stress-test assumptions, and partner with executives to shape strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building integrated three-statement financial models including ARR, churn, and SaaS metrics.
• Strong forecasting discipline with driver-based long-term modeling.
• Proven ability to evaluate acquisitions, perform due diligence, and fold into consolidated models.
• Deep business and commercial understanding of revenue drivers and cost structure.
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the core three-statement and operating model with scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
• Build valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma views for acquisitions and diligence.
• Drive monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews with clear narrative and insights.
• Diagnose metric movements, test assumptions, and present actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI-enabled tooling to reduce cycle time while preserving judgment.
