Qualifications

• Registered in a recognized co‑op program.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break ambiguous operational problems into structured steps.
• Basic scripting or programming experience such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, or equivalent.
• Comfort working with data in Excel, databases, APIs, reports, or operational systems.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset — follows through, asks informed questions, documents decisions, and escalates risks appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze workflows including production triage and client onboarding.
• Identify steps suitable for automation or AI‑assisted routing.
• Develop SOPs and process maps for consistent workflows.
• Prepare demos, documentation, and recommendations for adoption.
