Job summary

Rodan Energy Solutions is offering a four-month co-op internship in Mississauga, focusing on AI agents, automation, and Copilot tools. You will translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions and contribute to enterprise AI rollout across departments.

We seek students currently enrolled in a Co-op program pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields with a strong interest in AI governance, Databricks, and practical applications in energy services.

Qualifications

Registered Co-op program enrollment and pursuing a relevant degree.
Interest or experience in AI agents, automation, Copilot tools, and practical AI applications.
Ability to communicate clearly and work across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI practices is a plus.
Experience using Databricks for data analysis or AI-enabled workflows is an asset.

Responsibilities

Help build, test, and support AI agents, automation workflows, and AI-powered tools used across the business.
Translate business needs and department workflows into practical AI-enabled solutions.
Assist with AI use cases such as support, analytics, forecasting, compliance, reporting, and chatbot tools.
Integrate approved AI tools with systems, data sources, workflows, and docs repositories.
Create training materials, process documentation, user guides, and adoption resources.
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact use cases and support enterprise AI rollout.
