Job summary

Quadbridge is seeking an AI Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and the AI Center of Excellence. You will translate challenges into actionable AI and automation requirements and stay engaged through delivery with AI Architects, Application Developers, and Data Engineers.

You will own the AI backlog, define success metrics, and support UAT, documentation, and change management to drive adoption across Quadbridge's AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role with tech/AI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements.
• Hands-on familiarity with general AI and generative AI concepts.
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques (user stories, process mapping, workshops).
• Understanding of AI/automation solution lifecycles from ideation to deployment.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams (architects, developers, data engineers).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document requirements clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with backlog management and prioritization tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and AI Champions to gather and document AI requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and interviews to surface AI opportunities.
• Classify candidate use cases and support the AI Center of Excellence's review process.
• Work with AI Architects, Application Developers, and Data Engineers through delivery.
• Own and prioritize the AI/automation backlog for the Center of Excellence.
• Define and track KPIs for AI solutions with business owners.
• Support UAT, documentation, and change management to drive adoption.
