Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify business needs and performance improvement opportunities;
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, analytical reports, and KPIs;
• Collect, transform, integrate, and analyze data from multiple information systems;
• Develop data models and ensure data governance, quality, and integrity;
• Apply data visualization best practices to facilitate understanding and decision-making;
• Participate in the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Generative AI, ML, and intelligent agents;
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for operational and decision-making processes;
• Perform predictive analyses and studies to support strategic planning and operations;
• Train and support end users in the adoption of analytics tools and AI solutions;
• Prepare and present recommendations, analyses, and findings to various levels of the organization.
