You'll partner with HR and cross‑functional teams to prioritize high‑impact use cases, ensure data integrity and privacy, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in analytics, data science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of analytics and reporting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of AI capabilities, trends and automation.
• Excellent organization, detail orientation and ability to multitask.
• Solid business acumen and ability to apply AI to operations.
• Proven ability translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder impact.

• Strong understanding of AI capabilities, trends, and automation.
• Strong organizational skills, high levelof detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
• Possess business acumen and an understanding of how to incorporate AI solutions that positively contribute to business operations.
• Demonstrated ability translate data into actionable insights.
• Effective verbal and written communication skillswith the ability to negotiate and present ideas and content that influence a favorable outcome.
• Results orientedand has proven project management experience.
