Job summary

EY Canada’s Tax Technology Group seeks a Manager of AI Adoption & Enablement to accelerate practical AI use across Tax & Law. You will translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, coach teams, and prototype rapid tests using Copilot, Power Platform, and AI agents.

This role blends business acumen with AI fluency and governance alignment. You will drive workshops, promote adoption, and help scale successful AI approaches, working closely with Tax & Law professionals to deliver

Qualifications

8+ years in business transformation, technology enablement, or related roles.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity or solve problems.
Experience developing prompts, Copilot, lightweight agents, or AI-enabled workflows.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
Strong understanding of business processes and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

Identify high-value AI opportunities with Tax & Law teams.
Prototype and test AI solutions using Copilot, Power Platform, and other tools.
Design prompts, workflows, and agent experiences for better AI outcomes.
Coach and train professionals to build AI skills and adoption.
Lead workshops and hands-on sessions to accelerate AI adoption across the practice.
Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions without heavy coding.
Collaborate with business, risk, data, and tech teams to align with EY governance.
Identify repeatable use cases and scale successful approaches.
