You will act as a translator, coach, and problem solver, helping professionals transform ideas into practical solutions through effective prompting, AI-assisted workflows, and rapid experimentation.

You will play a key role in making AI a natural part of how our teams work every day.

This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.

  • Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and other emerging technologies to rapidly prototype and test solutions.
  • Design and optimize prompts, workflows, and agent experiences that help teams achieve better outcomes with AI.
  • Act as an AI coach and advisor, helping professionals develop practical AI skills and adopt new ways of working.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands‑on working sessions to accelerate AI adoption across the practice.
  • Translate business challenges into simple, scalable AI-enabled solutions without requiring complex technical development.
  • Collaborate with business, risk, data, and technology teams to ensure solutions align with EY standards and governance requirements.
  • Identify repeatable use cases and help scale successful approaches across Tax & Law.
  • Stay current on AI capabilities and emerging trends, translating new developments into practical applications for the business.
  • Support other technology initiatives, as required.

  • Ability to rapidly understand business challenges and develop practical solutions with minimal complexity.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong coaching and teaching mindset, with the ability to build confidence and capability in others.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and experiment quickly while maintaining a focus on business value.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, technology enablement, innovation, consulting, or related roles.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate tasks, or solve business problems.
  • Experience developing prompts, Copilot, lightweight agents, or AI-enabled workflows.
