Job summary

EY Canada Tax Technology Group seeks an experienced Manager, AI Adoption & Enablement to accelerate practical AI use across Tax & Law. You will translate business challenges into simple AI-enabled solutions, coach teams, and design prompts and workflows for faster value realization.

You will lead workshops, collaborate with risk and data teams, and stay current on AI capabilities to scale successful approaches across the practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business transformation or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to boost productivity.
• Experience developing prompts, Copilot, lightweight agents, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of business processes and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Tax & Law teams to identify high-value opportunities where AI can simplify processes.
• Use AI tools to rapidly prototype and test solutions.
• Design and optimize prompts, workflows, and agent experiences.
• Act as AI coach and advisor, helping professionals develop practical AI skills.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to accelerate AI adoption across the practice.
• Translate business challenges into simple, scalable AI-enabled solutions.
