Job summary

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) is seeking an Innovation Adoption Manager, Business Services to drive AI and technology adoption across the firm’s business services functions. You will lead projects, identify opportunities, and partner with teams to improve efficiency and client service.

The role emphasizes change management, process redesign, and collaboration with national business services teams, with a salary in the $120k–$140k range.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technology adoption, training/instructional design or a related field, with substantive experience in business process improvements and change management
• Experience working with legal technology and/or in a law firm environment is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Engage with business services teams nationally to identify opportunities where AI could optimize processes
• Work with teams to identify pain points addressable by technology or process redesign
• Build relationships across teams, integrate AI and other tech into daily work, drive AI usage and provide support on AI tasks
• Regularly evaluate the firm’s legal technology offerings, conduct research and recommend solutions to improve collaboration and efficiency
• Lead change management for technology rollouts, including communications planning, stakeholder engagement and measuring adoption success
• Evaluate impact of process changes and implement strategies to minimize risk
