Job summary

Vendasta Technologies, Inc. in Saskatoon seeks an AI Activation Strategist to architect AI-driven solutions and guide clients from scoping through post-delivery optimization. You will collaborate with Senior Specialists and AI Workflow Architects to embed AI into business processes within a SaaS ecosystem.

The role requires strong AI fluency, consultative communication, and a track record of delivering AI-enabled projects in a SaaS setting. Office-first with potential for flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

2+ years in Client Success, Implementation, Technical Consulting or related field.
SaaS or technology environment experience preferred.
Strong AI fluency including LLMs, prompts, and AI workflow customization.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand objectives and identify opportunities for AI integration.
Design tailored AI solutions using Vendasta AI technologies.
Serve as single point of contact and manage end-to-end client scoping and setup.
Configure and validate AI workflows and AI Employees within the Vendasta platform.
Monitor AI performance and optimize accuracy and success rates.
