Job summary

Our Client seeks a Division Manager for Southern Alberta, based at the High River branch with regular travel. You will own divisional results including budgets, market share, and leadership development across multiple locations.

You will lead operations, drive sales and profitability, manage assets, and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in agriculture, including 5+ years in management or operations.
• Experience in sales and product support is preferred.
• Business-focused degree/diploma is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division's agriculture branches to sustained sales growth and profitability.
• Build and manage annual budgets for each branch.
• Coach and develop branch managers and their teams.
