Brandt Group of Companies in High River, AB, is seeking a Division Manager for the Southern Alberta Area based at the High River Agriculture branch. Reporting to the VP of Operations - Agriculture, you will lead branch operations, drive sales growth, profitability, and asset management across multiple departments.

You will manage a team, set KPIs, and collaborate with suppliers while traveling as required to achieve division goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years experience in the agriculture industry with at least 5 years in management.
• Degree or diploma with a business focus is an asset but not mandatory.
• Strong financial understanding and cost management.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team and guide strategic initiatives.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid passport.

• Create and achieve annual budgets for branches in the area.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across all departments.
• Manage asset turnover, aging, and inventory mix to meet targets.
• Develop and lead employees to build a motivated workforce.
• Set manager targets and evaluate using KPIs.
• Support market share growth and respond to competitive pressures.
• Oversee division accounts receivable with Credit Services.
• Maintain a strong presence at branches to provide leadership.
• Coordinate events and work with suppliers.
