Job summary

Brandt in Creston, BC is seeking an Agriculture Customer Support Advisor to promote and sell agricultural parts and services while delivering after-sales support to new and existing customers. In this outside sales role you will keep customers informed about new products, develop territory coverage, and collaborate with management to reach budget goals.

Strong knowledge of heavy equipment parts and customer relationship skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience in a similar role preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations and industry.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract.

Our Creston, BC branch is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Support Advisor for our Agriculture Division (John Deere). The Customer Support Advisor is an outside sales position responsible for promoting and selling Agricultural parts and service as well as providing after sales support to existing and new customers.
