Rocky Mountain Equipment is seeking a skilled mechanic to service and repair heavy farm and fleet equipment in outdoor, dusty environments. The role requires troubleshooting faults, inspecting machinery, and performing routine maintenance with emphasis on safety and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Experience ranges from 3 to 5 years; education is not mandatory. Morning, day, weekend shifts available with overtime. Competitive benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using testing equipment to determine repair scope.
• Order parts and maintain inventory.
• Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
• Keep maintenance reports and documentation.
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance against specifications.
• Attach components and adjust new farm equipment.
• Clean, lubricate and perform maintenance.
• Perform repair work on heavy trucks.
• Verify and repair emission control systems.
• Perform other routine maintenance.
