Battlefield Equipment Rentals / Location d’équipement Battlefield is seeking an on-site Equipment Technician in Winnipeg with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs at the physical location, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safe operation.

The ideal candidate will have College/CEGEP or equivalent experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team

• 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related field.
• On-site work required at the physical location.
• College/CEGEP or equivalent experience in a technical role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
• Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications
• Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
• Perform other routine maintenance
