Western Sales (1986) Ltd is seeking a parts clerk to support its on-site retail and warehouse operations. You will answer calls, set up displays, assist customers, and manage inventory and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires staying organized, communicating clearly, and handling physical tasks such as lifting and stocking parts. A valid driver’s license is beneficial for pickup/delivery responsibilities.

Competenze

• No degree required.
• 3 years to less than 5 years experience.
• On-site work only; no remote option.

Mansioni

• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Set-up displays of retail parts and accessories.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Advise on use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
• Identify, label and catalogue items received.
• Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
• Maintain records on inventory control system.
• Prepare and track work orders.
• Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
• Process incoming requisitions.
• Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials.
• Sell spare and replacement parts.
• Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment.
