Job summary

Richardson Pioneer, a division of Richardson International, offers a one-year development program for Agribusiness Assistants (ABAs) to explore major areas within agribusiness and agronomy. The program helps ABAs identify their career path in several domains including agronomy, agribusiness, grain sales and marketing, crop inputs and operations.

• Graduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program and interest in working in the agricultural industry
• Interest in a career in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Input Sales or Grain Marketing
• Strong sense of initiative
• Excellent customer service
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Organized and detail oriented
• A valid driver's licence is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
