Job summary

Richardson International’s Richardson Pioneer division invites new graduates to a one-year Agribusiness Assistant development program across Western Canada. You will explore agronomy, crop inputs, grain handling and sales within our Ag Business Centres.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience, budgeting, planning and scheduling, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles while supporting Canadian farmers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program and interest in working in the agricultural industry
• Interest in a career in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Input Sales or Grain Marketing
