Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced agile practitioner to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on project methods. The role involves preparing training materials, leading sessions, and implementing IT standards aligned with guidelines.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, mentor teams, and ensure productive collaboration between development and operations. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, you will drive continuous improvement, document sprint reviews, and help teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
• CSM or similar agile certifications with hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong Scrum and business analysis framework knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins and CI/CD.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google) and containers.

Job description

Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on specific project methods. Prepares training materials, training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines. Acquires, customizes, documents, integrates, communicates and implements comprehensive IT standards and guidelines.

General Skills

Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
