Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to guide Lean- Agile transformations in a hybrid Quebec setting. You will organize PI Planning, coordinate train governance, and coach teams to improve predictability and value delivery.

You will work with managers and Azure DevOps teams, monitor risks and dependencies, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. A SAFe 6.0 certification is required; RTE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Seven years in IT with at least three years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or RTE.
• Experience leading large-scale agile programs and PI Planning.
• Proven ability to coach managers and teams in Lean-Agile adoption.
• SAFe 6.0 certified; RTE certification an asset.
