A leading technology company in Canada is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead transformation initiatives and coach teams on Agile principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile frameworks, proven experience in coaching, and relevant Agile certifications. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of CA$130,000 to CA$140,000 yearly. Work in a collaborative environment focusing on continuous improvement and learning.

Job description

Role Summary:

Coaches the team on Agile principles. Sets up agile delivery model. Establishes the necessary templates, workflows and cadences. Hands over to the team and the scrum master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Agile maturity assessments.
• Identify organizational impediments to Agile adoption and work collaboratively to resolve them.
• Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement Agile best practices and standards.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a senior Agile role.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling models (SAFe preferred)
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional).
• Experience in organizational change and transformation.
