Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology, innovation or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of Agile frameworks with depth in Agile principles.
• Experience running core Scrum events with documented outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Promote continuous improvement of Agile principles through coaching.
• Facilitate team events and support Product Owners in process definition.
• Assess the adoption of Agile principles and provide growth guidance.
