Job Summary: As an AI Agent Developer at Client, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across teams to build scalable AI solutions aligned with Client strategic pillars, focusing on innovation, resilience, and client obsession. Team Size of 15+

Required Skills

• Proven experience in developing AI agents, chatbots, or conversational AI systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Experience with AI frameworks and platforms (e.g., MCP, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Rasa, Dialogflow).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI agents and conversational AI solutions using state-of-the‑art technologies.
• Integrate AI agents with Client platforms and services to support client‑facing and internal processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI capabilities.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with Client security, privacy, and ethical standards.
• Continuously improve and optimize AI agent performance through testing, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Document AI agent designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
