Job summary

Coforge seeks a Principal Architect to lead AI-enabled platform transformation for critical client engagements. The role combines hands-on .NET engineering with strategic Agentic AI direction, guiding end-to-end onboarding and modernizing legacy systems into a hybrid AI-enabled architecture.

You will drive design patterns, oversee sprint delivery, and ensure measurable business outcomes while aligning engineering teams with client goals and security standards across cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the Microsoft stack (.NET Core/8, C#, Azure) with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on GenAI capabilities with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen.

Responsibilities

• Define Agentic & Hybrid Architecture Design for client platforms.
• Lead integration strategy between client requirements and core platform capabilities.
• Oversee sprint planning and backlog grooming for hybrid delivery model.
• Guide back-end development of high-performance .NET services for AI agent invocation (Function Calling).
• Lead HITL UI/UX improvements and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery.
