Responsibilities

• Store Security and Loss Prevention conducts daily patrols to ensure a safe environment and verifies doors and security features are functioning properly.
• Investigations and Case Support investigates incidents of shrink and communicates findings to Store Leadership; escalates information for internal investigations.
• Emergency Response and Store Support supports evacuation and emergency procedures during incidents.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions carries out external apprehensions when required, in compliance with policies and laws.
• Communication and Reporting gathers and communicates information to leadership and stakeholders with clear explanations.
• Additional Duties completes other responsibilities to support evolving asset protection priorities.
