Walmart Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to help maintain a safe and secure store environment for customers, associates, visitors and vendors. You will conduct patrols, verify security features, and support investigations and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities include emergency response, external apprehensions when needed, and collaboration with store teams to uphold loss prevention priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Age - 16 or older.
• License - Security Guard License.

Aufgaben

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: conducts daily patrols to ensure a safe environment; verifies doors and security features and takes action as required.
• Investigations and Case Support: investigates incidents of shrink and communicates findings to leadership; escalates information for internal investigations.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: supports evacuation and emergency procedures; participates in store task team's responsibilities.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: carries out external apprehensions when required in compliance with policies and laws.
• Communication and Reporting: gathers information from multiple sources and clearly explains issues to leadership and stakeholders.
• Additional Duties: completes other responsibilities to support evolving business needs.
