Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process refunds and returns accurately.
• Assist customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep sales tax-exempt records up to date following company guidelines.
• Send damaged merchandise to Claims and check items against refund slips before restocking.
• Ensure items are scanned correctly to support pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
