Job summary

Walmart Canada in Alma, QC is seeking a Self-Checkout Attendant to assist customers, ensure smooth self‑checkout transactions and maintain a clean, safe checkout area. You will help customers use the self‑checkout, promote store programs and report any technical issues to the customer service manager.

This role offers a dynamic retail environment with opportunities to develop customer service skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required, with standing and light lifting

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lb), sometimes up to 23 kg (50 lb)
• Strong customer service & team collaboration

Responsibilities
