Job summary

Amrize Canada Inc. in Coldwater, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Millwright for the Afternoon Shift to maintain and troubleshoot heavy outdoor production equipment. The role is full-time, hourly, with a pay rate of CAD 37.15 per hour and a strong emphasis on safety and reliability on site.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, weld and cut as needed, and ensure compliance with LOTOTO and height/confined space protocols while supporting plant operations.

Qualifications

• Industrial Mechanic Millwright certification or interprovincial red seal.
• Commitment to safety protocols and PPE use.
• Experience in outdoor heavy industrial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and align industrial mechanical components.
• Execute precision welding, thermal cutting, and brazing tasks.
• Strictly enforce safety standards including LOTOTO, heights work, and confined space protocols.
• Backfill in production roles as needed.
