Job summary

Gillfor Distribution is seeking an Invoicing/Data Entry Clerk for the afternoon shift in Ontario. This role supports daily administrative functions and requires precise data entry, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage paperwork flow, process invoices, and prepare freight documents while performing general clerical duties. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Invoicing and Data Entry Administration.
• Strong computer skills.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies & procedures.
• Strong verbal and written skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of paperwork, scanning, and filing.
• Invoice sales orders including posting freight to the orders; prepare freight BOLs for delivery and verify paperwork.
• Perform related clerical duties such as faxing and photocopying; entry of Timecards for Hourly Employees Bi-Weekly.
• Other duties as assigned.
