Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and SOP/EH&S standards.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and quality alerts.
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on quality and consistency.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent to operate automated and manual press equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load press/machine with correct rubber.
• Operate injection molding machines and presses.
• Inspect parts within cycle time and remove flash as instructed.
• Complete shift paperwork: logs, scrap sheets, production reports.
• Package finished parts, label, and prepare for shipping.
• Notify supervisor of unusual scrap or defects.
• Maintain traceability with correct labels on boxes.
• Ensure fabric is pulled and sprues are checked for mold issues.
