Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in plastic injection moulding manufacturing.
• Experience in moulds and process design including reading blueprints is an asset.
• Certified Reach Truck License or work experience is an asset (will train/certify).
• Overhead Crane qualification is an asset (will train/certify).
• Knowledge of water wells or plumbing products would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection moulding machines and processes.
• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on equipment and robotics.
• Prepare moulds/inserts and manage tool changes.
• Ensure safety audits are conducted and procedures followed.
• Maintain QA standards and report downtime or process changes.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Manufacturing on new products.
