Job summary

Oxford Learning Richmond Hill West is seeking a part-time Elementary English & Math Tutor to support students in English, Math, and French. The role is in-person at our Richmond Hill West learning centre with after-school and evening hours, including Saturday mornings.

Lessons are pre-planned and training is provided. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong English skills, and the ability to work with up to three students at a time. Relocation packages are not offered.

Qualifications

• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and balance working with up to three students at a time.
• Experience tutoring or teaching at elementary level is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teaching up to 3 students at a time at different levels.
• Teaching online and in-person.
• Following Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies.
• Filling in post-lesson notes and daily student updates.
• Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times.
