Job summary

Bgc-Kawarthas is seeking an after-school program facilitator to develop and run recreational activities for children at Ridgewood Public School in Lindsay, Ontario.

You will supervise children aged 4 to 12, maintain a safe, inclusive environment, and deliver HIGH FIVE principles of healthy child development. Required: Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening under PRCRA, Standard First Aid and CPR C, 16+ years old, and availability after school, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 4–12 years.
• Availability after school hours (Mon–Fri).
• Must meet PRCRA checks and have Standard First Aid & CPR C.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recreational programs for children.
• Supervise children during activities and maintain safety.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment and support staff.
