Job summary

Alberta-Classical-Academy Calgary seeks an exceptional After School Program Supervisor to lead a licensed program for Pre-K through Grade 6, Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–6:00 PM. You will supervise daily operations, support a team of educators, and model inclusive, engaging practice.

You will build routines, ensure licensing compliance, foster strong relationships with families and staff, and create play-based, outdoor programming that helps children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 or Level 3 Certification (Level 3 preferred)
• Minimum three years of experience in a licensed childcare or school-age program
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
• Current Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
• Strong knowledge of Alberta Child Care Licensing regulations

We are looking for an exceptional leader to help grow a developing After School Program serving children from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 6.

We are looking for someone who believes the best leaders do not lead from behind a desk, they lead by example. Someone who loves spending time with children, jumps into activities, builds meaningful relationships, and inspires staff through their actions every day.

What You Will Do

As the Program Supervisor, you will:
