Affiliate Manager Job Responsibilities
  1. Onboard new publishers and traffic sources, including administrative tasks such as executing IOs and legal documents.
  2. Develop new vertical growth channels for the network.
  3. Learn and grow in offer verticals including sweeps, mobile apps, casino and gambling, lead generation, and dating.
  4. Create communication plans to increase brand promotion and awareness with affiliate partners.
  5. Manage and scale affiliate marketing budgets.
  6. Manage existing publishers daily, including communication, fraud prevention, contracts, troubleshooting, and offer requests.
  7. Recruit top-tier publishers through industry forums, emails, search tools, LinkedIn, and personal connections.
  8. Engage in business development via marketing content, trade shows, Skype, and sales calls.
  9. Implement onboarding strategies to improve team efficiency and performance.
  10. Provide feedback on client service improvements.
  11. Coordinate with Affiliate Managers to promote campaigns, ensure brand growth, and maintain safety and compliance.
  12. Maintain high standards of customer service.
  13. Utilize online intranet systems effectively.
  14. Understand and manage costs and budgets for internal and external activities.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in media, internet sales products, and affiliate marketing.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with strong closing skills.
  • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and excellent verbal communication.
  • Experience with Cost Per Action (CPA) campaigns.
  • Organized with efficient follow-up skills.
  • Ability to adapt to customer expectations sincerely and realistically.
  • Proficiency with online tools and CRM systems.
  • Performance-driven mindset.
  • Post-secondary education.
