Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to an identical standard.
• Maintain daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to avoid schedule stalls.
• Restock supplies proactively and anticipate needs.
• Maintain patient documentation including charting and photos.
• Support front desk and concierge when needed.
