Responsibilities

• Assess patients at first visit, identify needs, explain options, create a treatment plan, and follow up.
• Assist the Doctor during procedures; prepare instruments and support patients.
• Prepare treatment rooms, stock supplies, and keep areas clean between procedures.
• Manage daily schedule, rescheduling, and patient flow.
• Make follow-up calls after assessments or treatments.
• Provide post-treatment care and act as a resource to technicians.
