Role Description This full-time Aesthetic Injector role is an on-site position based in Barrie, ON. The Aesthetic Injector is responsible for performing injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, following established protocols and ensuring safe, high-quality results. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, documenting procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves educating clients on treatment options, aftercare, and wellness solutions, while maintaining a clean and compliant clinical environment. Collaboration with the spa team, participation in training, and staying current with industry best practices and technologies are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant with authorization to perform injectable aesthetic procedures in Ontario.
  • Demonstrated experience with aesthetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and a strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
  • Commitment to client safety and quality of care, including adherence to infection control, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to conduct consultations, explain treatments, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to maintain accurate medical records and treatment notes.
  • Interest in medical aesthetics, wellness, and continuous professional development, including ongoing training and certification.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary spa team and contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and client-centered environment.
  • Previous experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology is an asset; familiarity with aesthetic devices and technologies is beneficial.
