Job summary

M1 Composites Technology Inc. in Laval, Quebec seeks an aerospace technical sales representative to serve as the primary customer contact, oversee contractual obligations and drive customer satisfaction.

You will build relationships, assess needs, propose solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence while monitoring KPIs and exploring new business opportunities. Bilingual French/English required.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in aviation, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the aviation and MRO field.
• Knowledge of composite materials and aerostructures.
• Knowledge of SRMs and CMMs related to composite or sheet metal structures is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and the MS Office suite.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Purpose

The aerospace technical sales representative is the primary point of contact for the customer. He or she oversees contractual obligations and manages customer satisfaction. This role offers high visibility within the company and involves direct interaction with customers.

Main Responsabilities

• Build lasting, trusting relationships with our customers through open and proactive communication,

Ideal Profile

• A university or college degree in aviation, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience,
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the aviation and maintenance (MRO) field,
• Knowledge of composite materials and aerostructures,
• Knowledge of Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs) and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) related to composite and/or sheet metal structures (a plus);
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision,
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment,
• Customer service-oriented,
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and the MS Office suite,
• Bilingual in French and English.
