Job summary

ADGA is seeking an experienced Technical Lead, Aerospace Development to lead the design, development, evaluation, and sustainment of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and related aerospace products. You will provide SME engineering support for Counter-UAS and direct a team through technical challenges.

The role requires extensive experience in aircraft and aerospace systems, airworthiness documentation, and liaison work with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with aerospace/related focus.
• Experience verifying and ensuring airworthiness and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead design, development, evaluation and sustainment of UAS and aerospace products.
• Provide SME engineering support for Counter-UAS.
• Develop maintenance programs and inspections.
• Produce technical reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Joint Staff and units as SME liaison.
