Job summary

ADGA Group Consultants Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of a Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems capability for the Canadian Armed Forces. The role focuses on planning, execution, and aligning deliverables with DND project approvals.

Responsibilities include leading milestones, coordinating meetings, managing risk, conducting options analyses, and developing CONOPS/use cases for C-UAS operations, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in defence, aerospace, engineering or complex technology environments.
• Ability to apply technical judgment to CONOPS, use cases, options analysis, and project approval activities involving aviation, unmanned systems, and robotics.
• Experience coordinating and briefing senior/executive stakeholders; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide support to the development of project approval deliverables to meet project milestones.
• Lead and coordinate meetings and briefings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Manage risk, maintain risk registers, and coordinate risk reviews.
• Conduct options analysis to meet operational requirements.
• Develop CONOPS and use cases for operational employment of C-UAS capabilities.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
• Maintain force development records and ensure documentation is stored per departmental standards.
