Job summary

ADGA is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Engineer in Ottawa to support a new C-UAS initiative. You will design, integrate, and deliver complex defence systems bridging operational requirements with technical solutions, ensuring secure deployments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior architects to align designs with enterprise goals, standards, and performance criteria. This role requires a strong background in C4ISR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• P.Eng. designation in a Canadian province required.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a System Engineer on Military C4ISR systems.
• 8+ years in system integration, verification, and design of ISTAR/C4ISR domains.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary IT/Systems teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop C-UAS use cases and integration solutions aligned with requirements.
• Participate in national/international standards groups and events.
• Develop integration strategies for LC5ISRT C-UAS capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain verification and validation procedures.
• Review software for performance, reliability and security.
• Document architectural decisions and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with senior architects to align designs with EA goals.
• Assist in selecting software tools and platforms for integration.
